Residents are invited to Otley Library on Friday 3rd July 2009 between 12noon and 6pm, and on Saturday 4th July 2009 between 10am and 4pm to get information about the strategy and to give feedback.

A website with information for residents has been launched today where residents can submit feedback from Monday 29th June to Monday 27th July.

Cllr Ryk Downes (Lib Dem, Otley and Yeadon) said:

"Otley has been identified as one of the worst areas in Leeds for parking It is crucial that residents get involved at these early planning stages. It is a great opportunity to help shape Otley and make the town more accessible and generally make life easier.

"As local councillors we have been working with officers on a solution to Otley's parking problem. I would urge everyone with an interest to either come to Otley Library, pick up a leaflet or visit the site and give us feedback ".
